Dois-je acheter mon forfait de données eSIM avant de voyager ou à mon arrivée ?

Nous vous recommandons vivement d'acheter et d'installer votre eSIM EgoViet AVANT votre voyage.

- Vous avez besoin du Wi-Fi pour l'installer : Le téléchargement d'un profil eSIM nécessite une connexion Internet stable. Il est beaucoup plus facile et plus sûr de le configurer à la maison plutôt que de chercher du Wi-Fi gratuit dans un aéroport bondé.

- Elle ne s'activera pas avant votre arrivée : L'installation de l'eSIM à la maison N'activera PAS votre forfait de données. La période de validité de votre forfait ne commence à décompter que lorsque vous atterrissez à destination et que votre téléphone se connecte au réseau local.

Que se passe-t-il si j'épuise mes données ou si la validité de mon forfait expire ?

Cela dépend si vous manquez de données ou si la durée de validité de votre forfait expire :

- Si vous dépassez votre limite de données à haut débit : Vous NE perdrez PAS votre connexion ! EgoViet fournit des données de base illimitées, ce qui signifie que votre vitesse internet sera simplement réduite (limitée) à une vitesse inférieure (généralement autour de 128 kbps - 256 kbps). C'est parfaitement suffisant pour envoyer des messages texte via WhatsApp, Zalo ou Messenger.

- Si la période de validité de votre forfait expire (par exemple, vos 7 jours sont écoulés) : Le profil eSIM expirera et votre connexion internet cessera complètement de fonctionner.

Puis-je conserver mon numéro WhatsApp avec une eSIM EgoViet ?

Oui, vous pouvez utiliser WhatsApp avec votre forfait eSIM comme d'habitude.
Lors de la configuration de votre eSIM, vous pouvez conserver votre numéro WhatsApp, ainsi que toutes les conversations et contacts.
Il n'est pas nécessaire de s'inquiéter de perdre le contact lors de vos déplacements à l'étranger. Cependant, n'oubliez pas que les appels vidéo avec WhatsApp consomment beaucoup de données. Il est préférable d'envoyer un message chaque fois que possible.
