Belgium is small enough to see a lot in a few days: the Grand-Place in Brussels, the canals of Bruges, Ghent's medieval center, and Antwerp's fashion streets, all linked by fast trains. The best Belgium eSIM keeps you online for train times, maps, and the important question of where to get waffles.
This guide explains how to choose an eSIM for Belgium, which egoViet plans fit short trips, and when a Europe eSIM makes more sense.

Why Get an eSIM for Belgium?
- Online from Brussels Airport, ready for the train, a taxi, or a ride app.
- Digital tickets everywhere. Trains, museums, and city passes are often on your phone.
- Keep your number for bank codes and messages from home.
- Avoid roaming fees if your carrier is outside the EU.
How to Choose a Belgium eSIM
Trip length
Pick a plan that covers your whole stay plus a spare day for flight times. egoViet plans can't be topped up, so it is better to size up than to run short. If your high-speed data does run out, you stay online at a basic speed of around 128 kbps, enough for messaging.
How much data you use
Maps, train apps, and messages use little data. Streaming and video calls use much more. Here is a guide to how much data you need when you travel.
Where you are going
For Belgium alone, a Belgium eSIM is the best value. If you are also visiting the Netherlands, France, or Germany, see the Europe eSIM below.
