These Terms & Conditions set forth the conditions under which Egoviet eSIM is offered to customers. By purchasing a Egoviet eSIM , you agree that these Terms & Conditions form a contract between you – our customer and Egoviet (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “us”, or “Company”).
1. Nature of service
Egoviet provides eSIM profiles for travelers who plan to visit countries around the world and want to be connected at their destination.
2. Prices
EGoviet is a comprehensive online platform offering a wide array of SIM cards from various countries around the world. The prices vary depending on the specific country and the type of SIM card chosen. Generally, eGoviet provides competitive rates, ensuring affordability for travelers seeking seamless communication during their international journeys. Customers can select from an assortment of options, catering to different data and call requirements. The platform also offers special packages tailored to specific destinations, providing added convenience and cost-effectiveness. With eGoviet, accessing reliable and cost-efficient mobile connectivity while abroad has never been easier. Explore the diverse range of SIM card options and find the perfect solution for your global communication needs.
3. Payment
We accept PayPal payment, and we shall not be responsible for any bank charge (if applied) arising from your payment for our eSIMs.
In the event of an Invoice dispute, the customer shall deliver a written statement to Egoviet no later than 7 days prior to the date payment is due on the disputed invoice listing all disputed items and providing a reasonably detailed description of each disputed item.
Amounts not so disputed or have been confirmed by a final court judgment shall be deemed accepted and shall be paid, notwithstanding disputes on other items, within 7 days. Egoviet shall seek to resolve all such disputes expeditiously and in good faith.
5. Cancellation and Refund
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you can do so without penalty before you make the payment or your eSIM QR Code has been delivered.
After your eSIM QR code has been delivered, you cannot cancel your order and can only be refunded if there is an error in our eSIM which has been communicated to but cannot be fixed by our Support Team.
In case you cannot find the eSIM email in your primary inbox, please check your email spam or Promotion box, or contact us for assistance. Your failure to do so will result in no refund.
The refund will be made in the same way as the payment method (e.g. paypal) used to make the purchase. The refund process may take up to 10 business days.
6. Entire Agreement
This agreement along with the Privacy Statement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Egoviet.com and supersedes any and all prior agreements, statements, or representations regarding Egoviet.com. Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision.
No waiver, amendment, or other modification made by you shall be valid or binding unless it is made in writing and signed by both parties. This agreement is governed by the laws.
